delicately prepared in mid-depth oxygen minimum zone (OMZ) Arabian Sea makes a unique and important ecosystem. Until now, various aspects of the responsibility for its formation were studied. However, contributions from groups of bacteria mediating its formation and strattera 10mg support of its intensity are described for the first time in this study. Thus, we assume that the dynamics of bacterial result with organic carbon loading in the case differences in the intensity of OMZ between two stations in the eastern Arabian Sea (EAS). The water column from 2 stations, one marine and one of the slopes in EAS were considered a variety of phytoplankton and related groups culturable bacteria. Vertical profiles of dissolved oxygen, productivity, chlorophyll, total organic carbon and different physiological groups of bacteria showed clear layered model in conjunction with physical and chemical stratification of the water column. Phytoplankton diversity was higher on the slope station (SS) and was dominated by heterotrophic dynoflahellyat. Marine Station (OS), on the other hand, showed a low diversity dominated by diatoms (p0. 05). This observation may indicate a relatively higher avtotrofnosty on OS. Our results show that the OMZ of these "oligotrophic" regions dominated by anaerobic bacteria. We believe that these bacteria help to activate the OMZ in the EAS. In addition, a higher abundance of viable anaerobic bacteria (TVC Sub (anaero)) and other anaerobic groups SS than OS indicate that OMZ is relatively more intense around the slope. In addition, total organic carbon content (TOC) load is three times higher in SS than OS means its higher accumulation and decomposition in the lower slope of the water. Settlement of a preserved organic carbon in the middle slope deposits in connection with the OMZ in one of the highest concentration of sedimentary TOC in the oceans.
